END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is the license agreement for using QuestionPack.com and any software that is downloaded from QuestionPack.com. By installing any tool available and using QuestionPack.com you agree to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license you must not install the tool set. If you already installed it, you must uninstall and delete it from your computer.

LICENSE
  1. We grant you license to install products from http://www.questionpack.com and use it free of cost.
  2. We retain all intellectual property rights. You must not copy or reuse any part of QuestionPack. Software downloaded must be used in the original form without any modification.
  3. You must have internet connection in order to use QuestionPack.
  4. QuestionPack may incorporate the feedback submitted in future development. If you don't agree with this or if someone else owns the right of the feedback please don't submit it to us. Please respect authors rights.
LIMITED WARRANTY
  1. We have taken possible care to ensure proper functioning of the product.
  2. We do not sell user information. QuestionPack does not contain any spyware.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
  1. All software from QuestionPack is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of use of this software.
  2. We disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages that arise under this license agreement.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will stay in effect. This agreement does not prejudice the statutory rights of any party dealing as a consumer.
  2. This agreement will be governed by the Washington state & United States federal laws.
